Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "ToS") govern the use of the AltiusOne platform, published by Altius Academy SNC, a company under Swiss law.

2. Access to the service

Access to AltiusOne requires creating an account and subscribing to a plan. Users agree to provide accurate information during registration.

3. Service description

AltiusOne is a business management platform offering modules for accounting, invoicing, payroll management, VAT, document management and artificial intelligence tools.

4. User obligations

Users agree to:

• Use the service for its intended purpose
• Not attempt to bypass security measures
• Keep their credentials confidential
• Comply with applicable laws

5. Intellectual property

AltiusOne and all its components are protected by copyright. The Community Edition is distributed under the AGPL-3.0 license. The Cloud version remains the property of Altius Academy SNC.

6. Hosting and data

Data is hosted in Switzerland. Each client has an isolated instance with separate database and storage. Automatic backups are performed daily.

7. Liability

Altius Academy SNC undertakes to ensure service availability within its technical means. Liability is limited to the amount of the current subscription.

8. Termination

Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account. Data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, then deleted.

9. Applicable law

These ToS are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the canton of domicile of Altius Academy SNC.
