  • Billing data: payment information processed by Stripe

  • Business data: all data entered in your AltiusOne instance

4. Hosting and security

All data is hosted in Switzerland on dedicated servers. Each client has an isolated instance with:

  • Separate database
  • Encrypted storage
  • Daily automatic backups
  • Encrypted HTTPS communication

5. Data sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except for:

  • Stripe: for payment processing
  • Legal obligations: if required by Swiss law

7. Cookies

Data is retained for the duration of your subscription. In case of cancellation, data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.
