1. How do I access my AltiusOne instance?

Log in to your dashboard on altiusone.ch, then access your instance from the dashboard. You can also use your subdomain directly (your-company.altiusone.ch) or the mobile/desktop app.

2. I forgot my password, what should I do?

From the login page of your instance or the portal, click on "Forgot password". A reset email will be sent to you. If you don't have access to your email, contact our support.

3. How do I connect the mobile app?

Open the mobile app and enter your instance domain (e.g.: your-company.altiusone.ch). The app will validate the domain automatically, then log in with your usual credentials.

4. How do I change or cancel my subscription?

Go to your dashboard > My subscriptions. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately.

5. Is my data backed up?

Yes. Automatic backups are performed daily. Your data is stored encrypted on servers in Switzerland. You can also trigger a manual backup from your dashboard.

6. How do I import my existing data?

AltiusOne supports CSV/Excel import for clients, chart of accounts, journal entries and employees. Access the Import/Export module from your instance. For a full migration, contact our team.

7. Does the software work offline?

The desktop application has an offline mode with automatic synchronization when back online. The web and mobile applications require an internet connection.
