The editor module enables collaborative editing of Office documents directly in the browser thanks to OnlyOffice.

Technical architecture

OnlyOffice Document Server is deployed as a dedicated Docker container. Communication is secured by a shared JWT secret between the OnlyOffice container and Nextcloud.

• Documents — Edited files are stored in MinIO
• Nextcloud — OnlyOffice is integrated as a Nextcloud app
• Mailing — Mail merge templates can be edited in OnlyOffice
